to hold a light luncheon or a full service dinner featuring
the star of the show: fresh Pacific salmon. Wild salmon is
available upon request. Whether you choose whole salmon, steaks
or fillets, teriyaki or maple glazed, or salmon served with
a savoury blueberry and onion marmalade, our BBQ chefs will
ensure that you have hot juicy salmon with all the accoutrements!

Take advantage of the beautiful scenery around campus and
schedule a walking lunch! We have several choices of cold
lunches that you can take with you. Napkins, straws, an original
Werther's candy, and even moist towelettes are included for
your convenience. We can also provide a takeaway breakfast
including items like yogurt, juices, fresh baked goods, and
whole fruit. These are ideal when you have a day
trip planned.

parties, birthdays, graduations or any occasion that you want

Not sure if your group will require catering? Have a restricted
budget? We have the perfect solution: Meal tickets are available
to be used at any of the eight AMS food retailers located
in the Student Union Building. See the meal ticket order form for terms and conditions. Click here for our summer hours. This is perfect for conference delegates who are arriving
over the course of several hours, or groups who are on their
own for meals. And it is ideal when you're not sure of exact
registration numbers. Unused tickets may be returned for a full refund. Please contact us
